What we collect. YETI RUSH has no accounts. Game progress is stored on your device. If you play online features, our server temporarily processes: anonymous run trajectories you choose to upload (ghost racing), a random device identifier, room codes and positions during multiplayer races, and — if you use the custom rider/sled feature — the photo you submit.
Photos and AI processing. When you create a custom rider or sled, your photo is sent over HTTPS to our server, screened by an automated content filter, and passed to Tripo (tripo3d.ai), the third-party AI service that builds the 3D model. We never store your photo — it exists only in memory during processing and is discarded once the model is created. The resulting 3D model is stored so the game can load it, and can appear to players you race with in friend rooms. You can delete a generated model at any time from the creation screen.
Ads (app versions). The iOS/Android apps show optional, rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob. Ads play only when you tap a clearly labeled ad button — never automatically. We request non-personalized ads only: no cross-app tracking and no App Tracking Transparency prompt. To serve and measure these ads, Google may process device information and identifiers (e.g. for frequency capping and fraud prevention); see Google's Privacy Policy. The web version has no ads.
What we don't do. No sale of personal information, no cross-app tracking, no third-party analytics trackers, no cookies beyond local game saves. We keep anonymous, aggregated gameplay counters (e.g. how many runs or ad views happen per day) tied to a random device identifier, used only to operate and improve the game.
Push notifications (app versions) are optional and used only for daily challenge and streak reminders; tokens are stored solely to deliver them.
Age. The photo feature requires you to be 13+ (under 18 with a guardian's permission) and to upload only photos of yourself or people who gave you permission.

照片與 AI 處理。建立自訂角色或雪橇時，照片會經 HTTPS 傳到我們的伺服器、通過自動 內容審核後，交由第三方 AI 服務 Tripo（tripo3d.ai） 生成 3D 模型。我們不會儲存你的照片——照片僅在處理期間存在於記憶體，模型建立後即 捨棄。生成的 3D 模型會被儲存以供遊戲載入，並可能在朋友房對戰中顯示給與你同場的玩家。 你隨時可以在建立畫面刪除已生成的模型。
廣告（App 版本）。iOS／Android App 內含由 Google AdMob 提供的「獎勵影片廣告」， 且完全自願觀看——只有在你主動點擊清楚標示的廣告按鈕時才會播放，絕不自動播放。我們僅請求 非個人化廣告：不做跨 App 追蹤，也不會出現 App 追蹤透明度（ATT）彈窗。為了投放與計量 廣告，Google 可能處理裝置資訊與識別碼（例如頻率上限與防詐欺用途），詳見 Google 隱私權政策。網頁版沒有廣告。
我們不做的事。不出售個人資訊、不做跨 App 追蹤、沒有第三方分析追蹤器、除了本機 存檔外沒有 cookies。我們僅保留匿名的彙總遊戲計數（例如每日跑局數、廣告觀看次數），以隨機 裝置識別碼記錄，只用於營運與改善遊戲。
推播通知（App 版）為選擇性功能，僅用於每日挑戰與連續紀錄提醒；token 僅為傳送 通知而儲存。
年齡。照片功能要求你年滿 13 歲（未滿 18 歲需監護人同意），且只能上傳本人或已 取得同意者的照片。
